DCIA .tech

Resistance technology, built by the people.

An Eno Project initiative

The Problem

Everyone is pulling at different threads — healthcare, finance, media, food. The debates stay siloed. The evidence scatters.

What's missing is a way to see how the threads connect.

We're building that.

First Tool

Lattice

Collaborative investigation knowledge graph. Feed it articles, transcripts, documents — it extracts the people, organizations, money flows, and connections. It builds a graph you can see, explore, and share.

PATH 01

Chat → Graph

Investigate through conversation. Ask questions, follow threads, watch the knowledge graph build as you go. The graph is a byproduct of curiosity.

PATH 02

Pipeline → Graph

Feed it a corpus — 200 podcast episodes, a FOIA dump, an entire archive. Get a complete knowledge graph. See patterns no human could hold in memory.

The Network

The Lens Registry

A lens is a curated investigation view — one person's picture of a topic, built from their sources and their research. DCIA hosts the catalog, not the data.

Lens A Lens B Discovered Connections

Download one investigator's lens. Download another's. Load both into your local Lattice instance. Connections appear that neither saw alone. Overlapping entities, shared funding sources, board member connections. The forest appears from the trees.

Browse by investigator, topic, or rating

Find lenses from people you trust on topics you care about.

Choose who you trust

No algorithm decides what you see. You curate your own intelligence sources.

Portable knowledge graphs

Your research stays on your machine. DCIA hosts the catalog, not the data.

Merge, fork, build on others' work

Every shared lens is an ad for Lattice that nobody has to pay for.

The Incentive

Truth Mining

Proof of work where the work is truth. Build tools. Map investigations. The community decides what your truth is worth.

MINE 01

Tool Mining

Build tools. Code contributions via GitHub — commits, PRs, documentation, architecture. The open source way. Ship resistance technology and earn.

MINE 02

Lens Mining

Map truth. Publish lenses to the registry. The community interacts with your research — loads it, forks it, builds on it, rates it. Value judged by impact, not authority.

Who It's For

Built for investigators.

01

Content Creators

Debunk narratives, trace connections, build compelling visual evidence for your audience — 10x faster.

02

Independent Researchers

Citizen journalists, OSINT practitioners, investigative hobbyists. Stop doing this work manually.

03

The Awakening Audience

You stopped trusting the official story. Now you need tools to see for yourself.

Eno Project

DCIA.tech is an open source effort by The Eno Project

The fight for truth is one front in a larger war. Eno is building the infrastructure for digital sovereignty—personal compute you own, networks no one controls, an economy that rewards builders instead of extractors. DCIA is how we take back the narrative. Eno is the world we're building on the other side.
